We ensure that we ship the product with excellent grade and quality, however, there could be returns or exchanges ONLY if there is any sort of damage to the product.
The first wash is recommended to be Dry cleaned/manually hand washed separately, as the designs are hand-printed and dyed, the topcoat which is used to protect the original dye is going to wash away. This process wouldn't affect or change the color/brightness of the saree in any way.

Exposure to direct sunlight in the process of drying after wash could result in a minor fading of color and a little shrinkage of the saree. Please refer to Blog Page about further care instructions.
